How to...

       How to- is the questions everyone asks. We spend more time thinking of the problem and what could be than finding out the solutions. We desperately look for an easy way of how to- to get things done. I can’t remember when was the last time I didn’t ask myself, how am going to achieve this faster. Days, months may seem long, but they go by faster than you think. Just a few weeks ago, I was too lazy to run; now I do it more often than before, which was not at all. We need to be motivated to do things and then reminded. Here is a little secret, we don’t need anyone to motivate us, we are responsible for our own bodies. We don’t need anyone to tell us what we need to do, we know what we need to do, and we just have to get it done before they say anything. The power is in us, not in them.

Starting a race, everyone is a winner moving forward

Losing weight is difficult for people who do not want to make an effort in working out or watch what they eat. I know I always build excuses to not work out. I don’t like to watch what I eat and I rationalize by saying I am healthy, not fat. Weight loss is something I always aspire to do. Today I am writing this because when I look back from now on, I will see my progress. I will still write about various things, however, making this my first entry will set the tone of how I start off. I’m not making it a race, just a trip and eventually between my letters, article, and stories, I will refer to my goal. By then I hope to have more readers interested.
